I ended up ordering on Uber eats, I ended up ordering the oxtails and rice with cabbage and it was definitely delicious and well cooked, I definitely need to come back again to try more items on the menu next time I'm in Philly.

So many different choices to eat, food was really good, just hate the way nothing is ready when they open, you have to wait a few hours before you can get certain things. Service is good, ordered about 20 mins before I got there waited 10 min before getting my food, love how they show you what you ordered.

Now I don't think I've ever been to any Jamaican food spot that had fast service. So unlike the other reviewers I cannot include that here. It's the way. Lol. I did wish they answered the phone for my order. I went on a whim mid travel and they opened at 12 on the dot. It was 2 people already in line. I got there at 11:55. Everything is scoopable in the hot bins. They just take their time. The oxtail were extra meaty and flavorful and I was asked if I wanted light or heavy gravy. Which was surprising. IYKYK. Oxtail gravy is from heaven. They didn't have any jerk fried chicken yet. Which was what I really wanted to try. That wasn't available until 2-3. I was sad about this. I've never even thought of such a thing until I saw it on Instagram. The mac n cheese was straight from heaven. The cabbage was good and the greens were spicy. Platters are about 22-25. But it is alot of food. They did have honey jerk sticky wings. Again something I never even thought of. They were bomb. They only let 6-7 people in the store at a time. Which makes sense. I would say go early. But a few items weren't ready yet. So maybe go mid day? Idk. Just go. The food was everything.
